Whitney Houston and Dana Bash
Whitney Elizabeth Houston was conceived to a musical family 9 August 1993, in Newark New Jersey. Whitney is the cousin of daughter to singing superstar Dionne. When she was a kid she was a singer in the New Hope Baptist Church choir in Newark. By the time she reached the age of fifteen, Houston was singing professionally as a backing vocalist with her mother for Chaka Khan's 1978 song Im Every Woman. Then she went on to join the backing vocals of Lou Rawls and Jermaine and her mother. Her work as the lead vocalist in New York funk group Material was noticed by big record companies, like Arista who she was signed in 1982, and was with them for the rest of her life with them. The year 1985 saw the debut of Whitney Houston became the best-selling debut album of all time. A number of hit singles, such as the hit songs Saving All My Love For You How Can I Tell You If That You Love Me and The Greatest Love of All were released on the album. They set her up for a Beatles-beating seven consecutive US numbers one. It sold three million copies during its initial year, and over 25 million worldwide. She won her first six Grammys. Whitney was her first album. Whitney which came out in 1987, featuring smash tracks How Do Broken Hearts go? and I Wanna Dance With Somebody, continued her earlier success. But it came with The Bodyguard (1996) that cemented her position as the top selling album in music. While the movie itself and the performances in it weren't widely appreciated, the album's soundtrack and her cover to the Dolly Parton song I Will Always Love You made charts for albums and singles for a period of time and sold over 44 million copies across the world. In 1993, it was also that she was married to Bobby Brown, an ex-New Edition artist who gave her sole daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown. Around this time, her drug abuse was documented, and she began using daily by 1996.
Dana Bash or Dana Ruth Schwartz as she is more well-known, is an American anchorwoman reporter who also serves as CNN's political anchorwoman and political correspondent. She has produced shows for the network such as Evans & Novak' Late Editionas well as Inside Politics'. Bash has been awarded numerous awards and was included on the Women in Washington Power List from Elle magazine. A lot of young journalists praise her for having incredible reporting/anchoring abilities. Also, she's a lovely mother of her son, despite having graduated from George Washington University. She was married twice, and is now a single. Bash loves all her fans. It is for this reason that the American reporter is extremely present on Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms.
