Barber defeated Montana De La Rosa by an unanimous decision in UFC Fight Night 205 held on April 23, 2022. Barber was later promoted to replace Casey O'Neill and fight Jessica Eye in UFC 276 in July 2022. The victory was a unanimous one. In addition, this was the last fight under her deal with UFC. Later, that same year she signed a new contract with them. Barber's latest fight was with Andrea Lee at UFC Fight Night Vera in a fight with. Sandhagen on March 25, 2023.
